Having managed and audited physical restaurant facilities and multi-unit equipment assets, Naushad recognized a critical industry bottleneck: multi-million-dollar retail and food franchises were tracking critical preventative maintenance, oil filtration, and compliance on unverified paper clipboards, leaving operators vulnerable to unexpected mechanical failure and slashed business exit valuations.

StationX86 was built from the ground up to solve this: a unified Facility Intelligence Platform combining spatial 3D digital twin layouts, mobile QR scan passports for floor staff, automated preventative maintenance triggers, and immutable service logs.
